Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Cyber Pro India’s services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Cyber Pro India ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and you ("Customer," "Client," or "you") governing your use of our website at cyberpro.in and all CCTV installation, security system, and related services we provide.
By requesting a quotation, confirming a purchase order, making a payment, or allowing our technicians to carry out work at your property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
These Terms apply to all services including but not limited to CCTV installation, IP camera setup, access control, fire alarm installation, video door phone installation, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and all related support services.
Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern all interactions between Cyber Pro India and its customers for the provision of CCTV installation, security system installation, and related services in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
1.2 Acceptance. Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions:
- Verbally agreeing to proceed with services after a site survey
- Signing a work order or installation confirmation
- Making any advance payment or deposit for our services
- Allowing our technicians to commence work at your property
- Using this website to submit an enquiry, contact form, or booking request
- Engaging with us via phone, WhatsApp, or email for service enquiries
1.3 Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and — if acting on behalf of a company or organization — have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1.4 Updates. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

| "Installation" | The process of physically setting up, mounting, wiring, configuring, and commissioning equipment at the Customer's property. |
| "AMC" | Annual Maintenance Contract — a service agreement for periodic and emergency maintenance of installed systems. |
| "Quotation" | A written estimate of costs provided to the Customer before work commences. |
| "Premises / Property" | The location where services are to be performed, as specified by the Customer. |
| "STQC" | Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification — the Indian government's mandatory certification standard for surveillance equipment. |
| "Working Days" | Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST, excluding national public holidays. |
Our Services
3.1 Scope of Services. Cyber Pro India provides the following services subject to these Terms:
- Residential, commercial, and industrial CCTV camera installation
- IP camera and network video recorder (NVR) installation and configuration
- Digital Video Recorder (DVR) installation and setup
- Access control systems (biometric, RFID, face recognition)
- Video door phone and intercom installation
- Fire alarm system installation
- EPABX and networking infrastructure setup
- Home automation integration with security systems
- Mobile app configuration and remote monitoring setup
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for installed systems
- Repair and upgrade of existing security systems
- Free site surveys and security consultations
3.2 Service Availability. Our services are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST, across Bangalore and surrounding areas. Sunday services are available by prior appointment only and may attract additional charges.
3.3 Service Area. We primarily serve Bangalore and the Greater Bangalore Metropolitan Region. Services outside our standard coverage area may be available at additional travel costs. We reserve the right to decline service requests for locations outside our service area.
Free Site Survey
Our free site survey is a consultation service provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed with installation. The survey involves assessing the property, recommending camera placements, and providing a written quotation. No work is commenced during a free site survey unless explicitly agreed upon separately.
3.4 Authorized Brands. We are authorized dealers and installers for Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, and Axis Networks. All equipment supplied is genuine, STQC ER-01 certified, and carries manufacturer warranty. We do not supply or install counterfeit or non-certified equipment.
Quotations & Pricing
4.1 Quotation Validity. All written quotations provided by Cyber Pro India are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, prices may change due to equipment cost fluctuations or updated requirements.
4.2 Quotation Contents. Our quotations are itemised and include:
- Camera specifications, quantities, and unit prices
- DVR/NVR and storage specifications
- Estimated cable lengths and cabling costs
- Installation and labour charges
- Applicable taxes (GST) — stated separately
- Warranty period for equipment and installation
4.3 Additional Costs. Quotations are based on information available at the time of the site survey. Additional costs may arise if:
- Cable lengths required exceed the estimated amounts
- Additional conduit or cable management is required by building regulations
- Structural work, specialised drilling, or wall restoration is required
- Access to the premises is restricted, requiring special equipment or extra personnel
- Work required on Sundays or public holidays (additional charges apply)
No Hidden Charges Policy: Cyber Pro India is committed to transparent pricing. Any potential additional costs identified during the site survey will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before work commences. We will never add charges to the final bill that were not discussed beforehand.
4.4 GST. All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%, unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged at the applicable rate on the invoice. GST invoices are provided for all transactions, enabling commercial clients to claim input tax credit where applicable.
4.5 Price Matching. We offer a price-match guarantee on genuinely comparable quotations from other authorized dealers for identical equipment and scope of work. The competitor's quotation must be in writing, current, and for equivalent STQC-certified equipment.
Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Structure. Standard payment terms are as follows:

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
- Credit and Debit Cards (via POS or online)
- Cash (up to ₹2,00,000 per transaction as per Income Tax regulations)
- Cheque (subject to clearance before work commencement)
5.3 Late Payments. Balances unpaid within 7 days of project completion are subject to a monthly interest charge of 2% on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to withhold system handover documentation, warranty cards, and STQC certificates until payment is received in full.
5.4 Disputed Invoices. Any invoice disputes must be raised in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Undisputed amounts must be paid by the due date. Payment disputes do not entitle the Customer to withhold payment for undisputed portions of an invoice.
Note: Equipment ordered specifically for your project (custom cameras, industrial-grade equipment, explosion-proof cameras) becomes the property of the Customer once ordered, regardless of whether installation proceeds. Advance payments for such equipment are non-refundable once the order is placed with our supplier.
Installation & Delivery of Services
6.1 Installation Timeline. We aim to complete standard residential installations within 48 hours of order confirmation. Commercial and industrial projects have timelines agreed upon in the quotation. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, access issues, equipment delivery delays).
6.2 Customer Responsibilities for Installation. To enable us to carry out installation effectively, the Customer must:
- Ensure unobstructed access to all areas where cameras and equipment are to be installed
- Provide a suitable mains electricity connection at or near the installation location
- Be present or have an authorized representative present during installation
- Obtain all necessary permissions (landlord consent, society/HOA approval, building permits) before installation commences
- Ensure the installation area is safe, dry, and free from hazards
- Disclose any special structural features, asbestos, hidden utilities, or installation restrictions
6.3 Property Access. The Customer grants Cyber Pro India and its technicians a limited license to access the premises for the purpose of providing the agreed services. Our technicians will treat your property with care and clean up any installation debris. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage.
6.4 Drilling and Fixings. Installation may require drilling walls, ceilings, or floors to run cables and mount cameras. The Customer agrees to this requirement unless specifically stated otherwise in the quotation.
Cable and Wiring Specifications
All quotations include cabling up to the length specified in the quotation document (typically 30 metres per camera). Additional cable beyond the quoted length will be charged at the prevailing rate (₹15-25 per metre for standard cable, higher rates for specialised cable). We use high-quality coaxial, Cat6, or power cable as appropriate for the camera type.
6.5 System Handover. Upon completion, our technician will: (a) demonstrate the system to the Customer's nominated representative, (b) configure the mobile app on the Customer's preferred device, (c) provide basic operation training, and (d) issue warranty documentation. The Customer is required to sign a satisfaction/completion certificate upon handover.
6.6 Delays. If installation is delayed due to reasons attributable to the Customer (access unavailability, incomplete premises, outstanding payment), Cyber Pro India reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee or priority surcharge for re-deployment of the installation team.
Warranty & Guarantee
7.1 Equipment Warranty. All equipment supplied by Cyber Pro India carries the following warranty coverage:

7.2 Warranty Coverage. Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in cameras, DVR/NVR units, power supplies, and accessories
- Workmanship defects in cable routing, mounting, and connections
- On-site repair or replacement of defective equipment at no additional cost
- Re-configuration of the system following equipment replacement
7.3 Warranty Exclusions. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, vandalism, or tampering
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, floods, or other natural events
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repair by third parties
- Normal wear and tear, including camera lens cloudiness over time
- Hard disk failures due to 24/7 continuous recording beyond the rated duty cycle
- Issues arising from changes to the Customer's IT network or router configuration
- Consumable items such as batteries in wireless devices
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us at +91-9876543210 or info@cyberpro.in with your installation details and a description of the issue. We will schedule an on-site assessment within 2 working days and complete repair or replacement within 5 working days for standard warranty claims.
7.4 Extended Warranty. Extended warranty options (up to 3 years) are available for purchase at the time of installation. Extended warranty terms are set out in a separate warranty certificate provided at handover.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
8.1 AMC Scope. Annual Maintenance Contracts are available for all installed systems and include the following services as specified in the individual AMC agreement:
- Scheduled preventive maintenance visits (2-4 per year depending on AMC tier)
- Camera lens cleaning and angle realignment
- DVR/NVR performance check and optimization
- Hard disk health monitoring and advance warning
- Firmware and software updates
- Mobile app troubleshooting and re-configuration
- 24/7 remote technical support (for Premium AMC tier)
- Priority emergency on-site response (response time as per AMC tier)
8.2 AMC Pricing. AMC pricing is set out in the individual AMC agreement signed at the time of installation or renewal. Standard indicative pricing: Residential (up to 4 cameras) from ₹3,000/year; Commercial (up to 8 cameras) from ₹8,000/year; Industrial (16+ cameras) from ₹15,000/year.
8.3 AMC Duration and Renewal. AMC contracts are typically for one year and automatically expire on the anniversary date. Renewal must be requested before expiry. Post-expiry, systems are no longer covered and will be charged at per-visit rates.
8.4 AMC Exclusions. AMC does not cover replacement of equipment damaged by physical force, theft, vandalism, power surges, or flooding. Spare parts and replacement cameras are charged at prevailing rates (AMC clients receive a discount on spare parts).
8.5 Emergency Response. AMC clients receive priority emergency response. Non-AMC clients are attended to on a best-effort basis and may experience longer wait times, particularly during peak installation periods.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
9.1 Customer Cancellation Before Installation. If the Customer cancels a confirmed order before installation commences:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled installation: Full refund of any advance payment, less any survey costs or equipment already ordered
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled installation: A cancellation fee equal to 20% of the quoted installation labour cost will be applied
- Cancellation on the day of installation (technician dispatched): A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the labour cost will apply to cover technician deployment costs
- Equipment ordered specifically for the project: Non-refundable once ordered from the supplier
9.2 Cancellation After Installation. Once installation is complete and the handover certificate is signed, cancellation is not available for the installation service. Equipment that is uninstalled and returned in original, undamaged condition may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, less restocking and handling charges.
9.3 Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or cheque).
Our Commitment: If you are dissatisfied with our installation quality, we will return to rectify any issues at no charge within the warranty period. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction — please contact us before considering any refund request so we can resolve the issue.
9.4 AMC Cancellation. AMC contracts may be cancelled by the Customer with 30 days written notice. A pro-rata refund of the unused AMC period will be provided, less any service visits already completed and a 10% administrative charge.
Customer Obligations & Representations
10.1 Legal Compliance. The Customer represents and warrants that:
- They have the legal right to authorize installation of surveillance equipment at the specified premises
- The installation and use of CCTV cameras complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
- All required permissions from landlords, housing societies, or building management have been obtained
- The intended use of the CCTV system is lawful and does not violate the privacy rights of any third party
10.2 Camera Placement Legality. Cameras must not be aimed at:
- Neighbours' private spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, or gardens without consent
- Public roads in a manner that facilitates mass surveillance
- Employee areas where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g., toilets, changing rooms)
10.3 Employee Notice. Commercial and industrial customers using CCTV to monitor workplaces must inform employees in writing that CCTV is in operation, in compliance with applicable Indian labour and privacy laws. Cyber Pro India is not responsible for the Customer's compliance with these requirements.
10.4 System Misuse. The Customer agrees not to use the installed surveillance system for illegal purposes, harassment, stalking, voyeurism, or any activity that violates Indian law. Misuse may result in immediate termination of any AMC agreement and forfeiture of warranty rights.
10.5 System Security. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of the CCTV system, including changing default passwords after installation, keeping mobile apps and firmware updated, and protecting access credentials.
Intellectual Property
11.1 Website Content. All content on the Cyber Pro India website — including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, and technical documentation — is the intellectual property of Cyber Pro India or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.
11.2 Permitted Use. You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without prior written consent
- Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without explicit permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methodologies from our website or materials
- Use our content for competitive analysis or to develop competing services
11.3 Customer Content. By submitting reviews, photographs, or feedback to us, you grant Cyber Pro India a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such content for marketing and testimonial purposes.
11.4 Camera System Configuration. Configuration files, system designs, and technical documentation created by Cyber Pro India for your installation project are provided for your use in operating the installed system. They may not be shared with third parties for the purpose of replicating our installation methods.
Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection and use of personal information in connection with our services and website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.
12.2 Customer Data. We collect and use customer information (name, address, contact details, property information) solely for the purpose of providing our services, processing payments, sending service-related communications, and improving our offerings.
12.3 CCTV Footage. Footage recorded by installed CCTV systems is the property of and under the sole control of the Customer. Cyber Pro India does not have access to, store, or view your CCTV footage after installation, unless explicitly requested for troubleshooting purposes under your direction and with your consent.
12.4 Data Security. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data. However, no data transmission over the internet or wireless network is 100% secure.
12.5 Third-Party Platforms. CCTV mobile apps and cloud storage services are provided by the respective camera manufacturers (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.). The use of these third-party platforms is subject to those manufacturers' own privacy policies and terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
13.1 General Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Pro India's total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13.2 Exclusions. Cyber Pro India shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, footage, or recordings due to hard disk failure, power failure, or network issues
- Losses arising from security breaches, theft, burglary, or criminal activity that the CCTV system failed to prevent or deter
- Any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind
- Loss of business, revenue, profit, or reputation
- System downtime due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or network configuration changes by the Customer
- Damage to property or equipment caused by pre-existing structural defects or undisclosed hazardous conditions
- Compatibility issues arising from the Customer's IT infrastructure that were not disclosed or foreseeable at the time of installation
- Failures caused by acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Important: CCTV cameras are a security deterrent and evidence collection tool. They are not a guarantee against crime or theft. Cyber Pro India makes no warranty that the installation of a CCTV system will prevent criminal activity or result in the identification or prosecution of perpetrators.
13.3 CCTV as Evidence. While our systems are designed to capture high-quality footage, we cannot guarantee that footage will meet the evidentiary standards required by law enforcement or courts in all circumstances. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the system is configured appropriately for evidence capture requirements.
Indemnification
14.1 Customer Indemnity. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyber Pro India, its directors, employees, technicians, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- The Customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions
- The Customer's violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with the use of the installed CCTV system
- Any third-party claims arising from the Customer's installation, operation, or misuse of the CCTV system
- Claims by employees, tenants, or visitors regarding the Customer's CCTV surveillance practices
- The Customer's provision of false or misleading information during the site survey or order process
14.2 Notification of Claims. If Cyber Pro India receives notice of any claim covered by this indemnity, we will promptly notify the Customer. The Customer must cooperate fully and provide any information or assistance reasonably required to defend against such claims.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Karnataka.
15.2 Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
15.3 Dispute Resolution Process. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. The following process is recommended:
- Step 1 — Direct Contact: Contact us at +91-9876543210 or info@cyberpro.in to discuss the issue. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
- Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If Step 1 does not resolve the matter, submit a formal written complaint. We will respond within 10 working days.
- Step 3 — Mediation: Parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before commencing legal proceedings.
- Step 4 — Legal Action: If mediation fails, either party may pursue legal remedies through the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
15.4 Consumer Protection. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.
Changes to These Terms
16.1 Right to Modify. Cyber Pro India reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Updates are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
16.2 Notification of Changes. We will notify existing customers of material changes via:
- Email to the address on file (if applicable)
- A notice on our website homepage
- WhatsApp notification to customers with ongoing AMC contracts
16.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our services and notify us in writing.
16.4 Version Control. The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") indicates when these Terms were last modified. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, any signed quotation or work order, and any AMC agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Cyber Pro India and the Customer with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings of the parties.
